James Andrew MacIver Costumes is a personalised yet full service costume design and creation company, based in London’s West End.  The company was formed just over two years ago built upon a strong foundation of over seven years experience in theatrical production costume management.  This experience includes work performed on Starlight Express, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, High School Musical, 42nd Street, Singing in the Rain, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Strictly come Dancing and Footloose.

My passion for costume design and creation has led to the creation of a very wide and diverse portfolio.  I have lead the design and creation of costumes for high-end musicals, adult and children’s theatre, drag queen entertainment, stage performances as well as pantomimes.

All costumes are produced to the highest standard.  To ensure the highest possible quality and adherence to the project budget and deadlines, I procure all of my own fabrics from local, national and international sources.

I pride myself on the quality of my work, my ability to meet tight deadlines, and how I work personally with each and every customer to provide a personalised service.  This attention to detail has resulted in the growth of my business primarily through word of mouth referrals.
